This policy describes how IT Resort (it-resort.com) handles data in Sasha Neyrov, the internal AI assistant described on its home page.
The app is authorized by a single Google account owned by IT Resort — gm.it.resort@gmail.com. It does not request access to anyone else's Google account.
Only to perform tasks that members of the IT Resort team ask for — for example, drafting a specification in Google Docs or updating a table in Google Sheets. The data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used for any purpose unrelated to these tasks.
To carry out a request, the content needed for it may be processed by the AI model provider that runs the assistant, solely to produce the result. IT Resort does not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Documents stay in Google Drive. The OAuth access tokens are stored on IT Resort's private server, which only IT Resort administrators can access.
Google user data is not transferred to third parties, except to service providers strictly needed to run the assistant (server hosting, AI model provider) or when required by law.
Access tokens are kept while the assistant is in use. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; after revocation the app can no longer reach the account. To request deletion of any stored data, write to the address below.
Sasha Neyrov's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
